We developed a thorough assessment program where we select highly competent faculty members to take charge of implementing curricula, supervising students and collaborating to further enhance our approach in quality early childhood education.
Such pre-hiring assessment uniquely identifies candidates who are not only qualified for the position but also possess the qualities that early childhood educators should have. Our hiring process includes reference checks, background checks (regulated by the Department of Social Services), fingerprinting, verification of educational credentials and criminal background clearance.
